What if I live outside the UAE?
Many clients are based abroad. I provide remote advisory support and coordinate with trusted partners in Dubai to handle the legal, financial and property processes without you needing to be physically present.
Do you help with mortgages or financing?
Yes. I can connect you with UAE banks and brokers who specialise in HNWI mortgage products, and guide you on structuring the financing for maximum tax and cash-flow efficiency.
Do you handle the full property transaction?
Yes — from property selection, negotiation and legal review to handover, I manage or coordinate the entire process so you can focus on the bigger picture.
